Description
Ingredients: Coriander Seeds, Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds, Toor Dal, Black Pepper, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard, Asafoetida, and Curry Leaves.
Method of Preparation:
Step 1: Initially take 4 tbsp of Toor dal with 3 cups of water, ? tsp oil, and ? tsp of turmeric powder. Cook it well and keep it aside.
Step 2: Take 2 tsp of tamarind pulp, 1 tsp of jaggery, and 1 cup of water and boil it well. After a few minutes of boiling add 1 tsp of Ready Mix Rasam Powder.
Step 3: Mixed with boiled mixture with cooked dal and add salt. Again, cook for 5 to 10 mins.
Step 4: Take 1 tsp ghee/Vegetable oil and ? tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, one bunch of curry leaves, and a pinch of asafoetida. Add this to the rasam mixture.
