Description
Ingredients: Chilli Powder, Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander Seeds, Dry Coconut, Bengal Gram Dal, and Split Black Gram Dal.
Method of Preparation:
Method 1
Step 1: Take 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, add 1/2 tbsp of mustard seeds, and 1/2 tbsp of chana dal fry it, add 2 dry red chillies, and turmeric, and saute well.
Step 2: Add 1 big or 2 medium-sized onions in slices form saute it well, when onions get brown in color, add a few curry leaves, add 250 grams of brinjal (length or cube shape) close the vessel, and fry it till brinjal is cooked.
Step 3: Then add 4 tbsp of Ready Mix Vangi Bath Masala, mix well, and then immediately add 2 cups of cooked rice.
Method 2
Step 1: Before going to prepare rinse 1 cup of raw rice and keep it soaking for some time.
Step 2: Take 1 tbsp of oil in an electric cooker, add 1/2 tbsp of mustard seeds, and 1/2 tbsp of chana dal fry it, add 2 dry red chillies, and saute well. Add 1 big or 2 medium-sized onions in slices form saute it well, when onions get brown in color, add 250 grams of brinjal (length or cube shape) fry it till brinjal is cooked and then pour 2 cups of water and boil it some time.
Step 3: And then add 1 cup of soaked rice while boiling it for 2-3 minutes and then add 4 tbsp of Ready Mix Vangi Bath Masala.
