Description
Ingredients: Red Chilli Dried, Mustard Seeds, Salt, Fenugreek Seeds, and Cumin Seeds.
Method of Preparation:
Step 1: Initially take 1 cup of rice and soak it in water for 15 mins. Cook the rice for 4-5 minutes, and keep it aside.
Step 2: Add 2 to 1 tbsp of oil and 1 big onion in a pan and saute the onions till they turn a golden brown color. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp of curd, 2 cups of half-cooked vegetables, 1 tsp salt, 3 tbsp of Ready Mix Veg Biryani Masala, and 2 cups water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Empty the boiled rice in the pan and stir the veg-cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve it hot.
