Ingredients: White Rice Flour, Composite Millet Flour, Urad Dal Flour, Iodized Salt, Acidity Regulator (INS 296) and Rice Flakes.
Method of Preparation:?
Step 1: Pour the contents from the pouch into the bowl and mix water to meet the consistency of the regular batter.
Step 2: Spread the batter on the idli plate and steam it for 10 – 15 mins.
Step 3: Once removed, serve hot with chutney & sambar.
