Ingredients: Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Urad Dal Flour, Rice Flakes, Iodized Salt, and Acidity Regulator (INS 296).
Method of Preparation:?
Step 1: Pour the contents from the pouch into the bowl and mix water to meet the consistency of the regular batter. Now it is ready for making Idli.
Step 2: Spread the batter on the idli plate and steam it for 10 – 15 mins.
Step 3: Once removed, serve hot with chutney.
