Description
Ingredients: Red Chilli Paste, Tomato Paste, Salt, Garlic Pods, and Sugar.
Method of Preparation:
Step 1: Take 2 tbsp of oil in a pan add 1 tsp of methi seeds, 1 tsp of mustard seeds, and 1 tsp of jeera saut? it well and add turmeric.
Step 2:
a. Add 2 dry chillies, 5-6 garlic cloves (crushed), few curry leaves, and then add 2 cups of mixed vegetables of your choice (sliced onions, carrots, beans, tomato, bottle guard, radish, drumstick, ladies finger and brinjal, etc..) and fry it for 2 mins in oil and then add 3 cups of water, now leave it for 5 to 7 min to get the vegetables cooked.
b. Before completely cooked add 1 cup of Ready Mix Sambar Dal (prior to mixing in a slight amount of water) in a vessel and mix gradually with a mixer and keep mixing without a lid.
c. Add desired quantity of water to get the consistency of your choice. Now, add salt and tamarind paste (add desired quantity).
Step 3:
a. Then add 3 to 4 tbsp of Ready Mix Sambar Dal Powder (add it in the final stage of cooking).
b. Add fresh coriander leaves.
